1. Position: Automation Engineer
2. Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Former address: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)
II. Key responsibilities
1. Configure, test, and operate automation equipment such as PLCs, RTUs, smart meters, gateways, and fault monitoring/indication devices.
2. Coordinate the implementation of remote control and monitoring systems for power plants, substations, or distribution grids.
3. Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, operating manuals, and provide on-site technical support.
4. Collaborate with other engineering departments during programming, testing, and system integration phases.
5. Stay updated with new technologies and participate in specialized training programs aligned with company goals.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director or Department Manager.
III. Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Control & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, SCADA, or equivalent fields.
2. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3…).
3. Prior experience in electrical or energy systems is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, device configuration software, and logic programming software.
5. Strong system-thinking skills, able to work independently and in teams.
6. English or Chinese proficiency is a plus (may be sent for 1–2 weeks of training in China).
IV. Compensation and benefits
1. Base salary: VND 14,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (depending on skills and experience) + quarterly performance bonuses and departmental bonuses – competitive salary based on capability.
2. Year-end bonuses: 13th, 14th, 15th month (or more) depending on contribution and company performance; holiday, birthday, and personal occasion bonuses per company policy.
3. Company-sponsored teambuilding/travel events (domestic or international) 1–2 times/year.

5. Annual leave: 12 days/year.
6. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
