POWER ENGINEER

I. Job title and workplace

1. Position: Power Engineer

2. Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Previous address: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)

II. Main responsibilities

1. Research, analyze, and master medium-to-high voltage electrical equipment such as protective relays, circuit breakers, capacitors, reactors, measuring and control devices.

2. Provide technical support during the design phase, equipment selection, and supervise electrical system installation for projects.

3. Review technical documents, shop drawings, and test equipment before commissioning.

4. Work with suppliers, consultants, and project owners to ensure technical solutions are appropriate and optimized.

5. Participate in internal training sessions and product/laboratory testing.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Department Head.

III. Job requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electrical Equipment, or a related field.

2. Preference given to candidates with experience in relay protection, substation equipment, or industrial power systems.

3. Ability to read and understand technical documents in English or Chinese is an advantage.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

5. Willing to travel for work (may be assigned to training in China for 1–2 weeks).

IV. Benefits & compensation

1. Base salary: VND 14–20 million/month (depending on capability and experience), plus quarterly bonuses/performance-based department bonuses — salary commensurate with qualifications.

2. Year-end bonus: 13th, 14th, and 15th-month salary (at least 13th month), holiday/Tet bonuses, birthday, wedding, and funeral allowances according to company policy.

3. Participate in team-building trips and domestic/international company retreats 1–2 times/year.

4. Opportunities to attend skills training and professional development courses based on work requirements, and expand professional networks.

5. Annual leave: 12 days/year.

6. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

7. Free parking at the office building with security.

8. Provided with a work computer, uniform, and other necessary tools and equipment.
