II. Job objective
Manage and oversee all distribution activities for exclusive products provided by the exclusive distribution licensor in Vietnam; develop the market, ensure sales targets are met, build a strategic partner ecosystem, and maintain effective relationships with the Chinese licensor.
III. Key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement business strategies for exclusive products in Vietnam, aligned with the company’s development orientation and revenue targets.
2. Plan and establish showrooms, expand distribution channels, and build teams, focusing on strategic clients such as EVN and EPC contractors to create model success cases.
3. Supervise distribution operations, including ordering, inventory, logistics, customer service, and technical coordination; organize technical seminars/events in collaboration with the exclusive distribution partner.
4. Act as the liaison to coordinate and maintain the partnership with the exclusive licensor, ensuring compliance with global standards on pricing, branding, and reporting procedures.
5. Recruit, train, and manage the sales-technical-distribution support team, ensuring staff meet licensor standards; maintain a minimum of three certified engineers and ensure participation in all required training programs.
6. Take primary responsibility for achieving quarterly/yearly sales targets as committed to the licensor; monitor budget, revenue, profit, and submit regular reports to the Board of Directors.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
IV. Job requirements
1. At least 5–7 years of experience in business management or executive roles in electrical equipment, industrial electricity, power grid, or automation.
2. Prefer candidates with experience working with international partners, especially Chinese enterprises.
3. Knowledge of exclusive distribution models and project-based sales/investment processes.
4. Proven leadership in team building and system development with KPI implementation.
5. Fluent communication in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
6. Existing relationships with EVN, EPC contractors, or large manufacturing plants are an advantage.
7. Prior experience managing showrooms, dealerships, or similar distribution models is preferred.
