SPECIALIZING IN SALES FOR RENT

I. Main job description

+ Search for customers who need to rent premises, offices & buildings, industrial parks, warehouses – yards – factories

+ Grasp customer needs, advise customers on solutions for premises, negotiate and sign contracts.

+ Search, exploit, and update information on vacant premises/offices/warehouses to best serve the Company’s consulting needs.

+ Update information and report according to work procedures.

+ Perform other tasks assigned by the department head and the Board of Directors.

II. Job Requirements

+ At least 6 months of experience in the position of Sales Representative in the real estate sector or 1 year for other business sectors.

+ Good communication and negotiation skills

+ Priority is given to candidates who can communicate and work with foreign partners.

+ Set goals, identify and love the business sector

+ Have a sense of discipline and high responsibility for yourself and your work.

III. Benefits

+ Basic salary 8 million – 12 million depending on ability and experience + commission 10% – 35%, quarterly bonus/department performance bonus.

+ Year-end bonus 13th, 14th, 15th month,… based on business performance (at least 13th month), Tet bonus, birthday and wedding bonus according to company policy,…

+ Participate in Team Building/resort travel in or out of the country 1 – 2 times/year

+ Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm; Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm.
