PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SALES SPECIALIST

I. Main job description

+ Receive and maintain cooperative relationships with existing company partners.

+ Search and contact to work with new partners/customers who need to build mechanical/electrical systems/fire protection systems/civil construction/construction materials

+ Participate in negotiations and sign contracts.

+ Coordinate with related departments (operations, accounting, construction, …) to ensure the work and contracts are carried out smoothly.

+ Perform other tasks assigned by the department head and the Board of Directors.

II. Job Requirements

+ Graduated from high school or higher in all related fields. Priority is given to those with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (M&E) fire protection systems or construction materials.

+ Have experience and relationships in the field of construction/construction of mechanical and electrical systems/fire protection systems/construction materials

+ Honest, have professional ethics

+ Communicate and build good relationships, enthusiastic about work and desire to stay long-term.

III. Benefits

+ Fixed salary of 10 million – 15 million + 2% – 5% of the project value, quarterly bonus/hot bonus when there are good work results (salary commensurate with capacity).

+ Year-end bonus for 13th, 14th, 15th months,… based on business performance (at least 13th month), Holiday bonus, birthday bonus according to company policy,…

+ Salary review in January every year and suddenly when there are good results in work.

+ Participate in Team Building/resort travel in or out of the country 1-2 times/year

+ Annual leave: 12 days/year and other policies according to the law.

+ Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm; Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm.
