Business Development Executive – Project Sourcing

I. Job Position and Workplace

1. Position: Business Development Executive – Project Sourcing – With expertise in one of the following fields: Construction Materials / MEP / Fire Protection System / Civil Construction

2. Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing company partners.

2. Identify and approach new partners/clients with demand for MEP systems, fire protection systems, or civil construction (new builds, renovation, refurbishment).

3. Participate in contract negotiation and signing.

4. Coordinate with relevant departments (operations, accounting, construction, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects and contracts.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and Board of Directors.

III. Job Requirements

1. College degree or higher in relevant fields. Candidates with knowledge of MEP systems, fire protection systems, or construction materials are preferred.

2. Experience and network in construction/MEP/fire protection systems/construction materials are advantageous.

3. Honest, with strong professional ethics.

4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; passionate about work and committed to long-term cooperation.

IV. Compensation & Benefits

1. Base salary: VND 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 + commission + performance bonus for contracts valued from VND 1.2 billion upwards + annual bonus (salary commensurate with capability).

2. Annual bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary depending on business performance (minimum 13th month). Holiday/Tet bonuses, birthday, wedding, funeral allowance as per company policy.

3. Annual salary review in January; ad-hoc salary adjustments based on outstanding performance.

4. Company trip/teambuilding domestically or abroad 1–2 times per year.

5. Opportunities to attend training courses for skill development and knowledge enhancement relevant to the role; expand professional network.

6. 12 days of annual leave per year and other benefits in accordance with labor law.

7. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00; Saturday, 8:00 – 12:00.

8. Free parking at the building with security.

9. Fully equipped with computer, uniform, and necessary tools for work.
