In less than a month (from July 28 to August 22), Pacific Construction Group – one of China’s leading construction enterprises – has been present in many provinces and cities such as Thanh Hoa, Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Dien Bien, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, and Hung Yen to seek investment opportunities.

At the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his desire to cooperate in investment and establish the Group’s northern representative office in Thanh Hoa province.
The Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the Group’s goodwill and affirmed that Thanh Hoa province will create the most favorable conditions for the Group’s subsidiaries to continue working with departments, the Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board and the province’s industrial parks to carry out the next steps in accordance with legal regulations.
The Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh wants the Pacific Construction Group to soon carry out specific procedures to implement cooperation in the coming time, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa province and the Group in the future.
Cao Bang Department of Construction leaders work with Lan Bac Loan Company
At the meeting, the Department of Construction introduced 7 key projects preparing for investment in the province with a total estimated investment of over 10,000 billion VND.
According to the leader of Lan Bac Loan Construction and Development Company Limited, for the projects proposed by Cao Bang province, the Company has sufficient financial capacity, technology and experience to cooperate in implementation.
The Company wishes to participate in the survey of projects to provide advice, as well as propose suitable investment cooperation options. At the same time, it is proposed that the competent agencies of Cao Bang province soon study and advise on the signing of a memorandum of understanding on investment cooperation between Thai Binh Duong Construction Group and Cao Bang province.
Thai Nguyen leaders work with Pacific Construction Group
Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his impression of Thai Nguyen’s development, especially its dynamism and determination in implementing projects and transport infrastructure works, promoting economic development, and improving the quality of life for the people.
The founder of Thai Binh Duong Construction Group also said: Through learning about the locality, he and the group were very impressed with the new development space of Thai Nguyen after the merger – this will be a great opportunity for the two sides to establish a cooperative relationship and promote investment activities. He also expressed his hope to soon cooperate with the province in a number of transport projects in an open spirit.

The founder of Pacific Construction Group said that in the coming time, the group wants to survey and invest in infrastructure in some Northwestern provinces.
Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa wishes to set up a representative office in Dien Bien to facilitate investment and cooperation in the province and call for investment to Dien Bien, thereby promoting the economic development of the province.
At the same time, he wishes to cooperate with Dien Bien province, possibly accompanying the province’s enterprises, surveying potential projects in the locality.

Through this working session, the enterprise wishes to survey and cooperate with Hung Yen province in the fields of investment, construction, operation and planning for urban infrastructure development.
