Located in the heart of Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City, the 126 Building is one of the most prominent structures in the area. Covering an area of 1,500 m², it serves multiple purposes, including office space, commercial services, and meeting facilities.
Automatic Fire Alarm System
All floors of the building are equipped with automatic fire alarm systems, including smoke detectors and heat detectors. These devices are connected to a modern control panel, allowing for rapid detection and timely alerts in case of fire.
Wall-Mounted Fire Hose System
A-Connection’s engineering team installed wall-mounted fire hoses in the corridors and common areas of the building. All hose reels are regularly pressure-tested to ensure consistent and reliable operation in any emergency.
Automatic Sprinkler System
An automatic sprinkler system has been installed on all floors, especially in offices and areas with flammable materials. The entire system was thoroughly tested and inspected before handover.
Portable Fire Extinguishers
Handheld fire extinguishers are strategically placed in key areas such as corridors, emergency staircases, and places with high foot traffic to ensure quick access in emergencies.
Emergency Exits and Ventilation System
Emergency exit signs with backup power have been installed at all stairwells, ensuring visibility even during power outages. Additionally, a ventilation and smoke exhaust system has been implemented to minimize the spread of toxic smoke during fire incidents.
Upon completion, the fire protection system at the 126 Building met all safety standards and was approved by the relevant authorities.
