Bau Non Rubber Factory is located in Bau Lam, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. With its strategic position near major transportation routes, this factory is one of the key rubber production facilities in Southern Vietnam. It plays an important role in the supply chain of natural rubber and processed rubber products.
Addressable Fire Alarm System
The engineering team at A-connection installed an addressable fire alarm system with intelligent detectors, enabling accurate identification of the exact location of any incident.
Water-Based Fire Fighting System
We constructed a durable firefighting pipeline network using high-strength materials to ensure long-term performance and reliability. Outdoor fire hydrants and indoor automatic sprinkler systems were strategically placed within the factory to quickly control potential fires.
Dry Powder Fire Extinguishing System
For areas storing flammable materials,A-connection implemented a dry powder fire extinguisher system. Fire extinguishers were properly positioned and fully certified to ensure rapid response to small-scale fire incidents.
Smoke Extraction and Ventilation System
To reduce the spread of toxic smoke in enclosed spaces, high-capacity exhaust fans were installed in key factory areas.
Test Run and Final Acceptance
After completion, we conducted a comprehensive test run of the entire system, inspecting each component in detail to ensure all equipment functions accurately and in sync.
