In order to ensure a modern, safe and energy-saving operating system, MEP construction is one of the important items deployed at Bau Non rubber factory. This system includes mechanical and electrical items (MEP), helping to optimize the production process and ensure a standard working environment.
1. HVAC ventilation and air conditioning system
The HVAC system helps control the temperature, humidity and air quality in the factory, ensuring a cool working environment, reducing the impact of high temperatures during the production process. This system includes:
+ Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
+ Exhaust system.
+ Hot and cold water system.
2. Water supply and drainage system (P&S)
The water supply and drainage system plays an important role in supplying water for production and treating wastewater, ensuring no environmental pollution. Items include:

+ Automatic sprinkler system.
3. Fire alarm and fire fighting system
To ensure safety for the entire factory, the fire prevention and fighting system is fully installed with the following items:
