Long Binh warehouse cluster is located in Quarter 8, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai, with a scale of 55,379 m². This is one of the modern warehouse complexes, meeting the production and storage needs of businesses.
The project focuses on Electromechanical construction, including mechanical and electrical systems, water supply and drainage, air conditioning and fire protection, to ensure efficient, safe and energy-saving warehouse operations.
1. HVAC ventilation and air conditioning system
The HVAC system helps control temperature and humidity, ensuring air quality in the warehouse. At the same time, it also helps optimize operating costs thanks to its energy-saving ability.
The system includes:

+ Hot and cold water systems.
2. Electrical systems
The electrical system plays an important role, ensuring a stable and safe power supply.
