Safety System & Emergency Exits Improvement

+ Redesign emergency exits and add evacuation signage in compliance with safety standards.
+ Install handrails and ramps to facilitate movement for people with disabilities.
Upgrade fire-rated doors in critical areas to meet fire safety regulations.

Workspace & Amenities Upgrade

+ Redesign the workspace layout to optimize usable area and improve circulation between functional zones.
+ Redesign the reception area with luxurious, eco-friendly materials.
+ Enhance the pantry and staff lounge to create a more comfortable relaxation space.
