A-Connection has implemented a project to maintain, upkeep and operate the refrigeration system at Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper Building. This is an important project, where the headquarters of a long-standing and prestigious newspaper in Ho Chi Minh City is located. The building is not only the center of press activities but also the place where many important events take place, requiring the technical infrastructure system to always be in an optimal operating state.
1. Risk prevention maintenance
A-Connection performs maintenance in a proactive manner to detect and fix potential risks early, ensuring the system always operates stably:
+ Check and replace air filters periodically to maintain air quality, reduce the risk of air conditioning system blockage.
+ Check the water pump system, ensure the pressure and flow of cooling water always meet technical standards.
+ Maintain the fan system, condenser and evaporator to avoid overload, reduce operating efficiency.
+ Check the electrical control system, ensure accurate operation, avoid the risk of short circuit and fire affecting the operation of the entire building.
2. Waterproof maintenance
+ Check and reinforce the waterproof layer of the roof and wall to ensure the ability to prevent water from entering, especially during the rainy season.
+ Clean and maintain the drainage system to avoid water stagnation causing damage to the waterproof layer.
+ Use specialized waterproofing materials, reinforce joints and gaps that are prone to water leakage.
Conduct monthly and quarterly periodic inspections to ensure that the waterproofing system is always operating effectively. With a strict maintenance and repair process, the refrigeration and waterproofing systems at the Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper Building always ensure operating standards, serving well the press and administrative activities in the building.
