Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper Building is a large-scale office building, serving press and media activities. To ensure efficient operation, the building needs a complete electromechanical system that meets high technical requirements. A-Connection is assigned to construct the lighting system and the power system.

1. Lighting system

The lighting system is installed to ensure adequate lighting for working and public areas in the building.

+ Install energy-saving, long-lasting Philips LED lights.

+ Install Schneider switches and sockets to ensure electrical safety.

+ Integrate light sensors to automatically adjust brightness according to the environment.

+ Install lighting cabinets to distribute stable power to each area.

2. Power system

The power system provides power to all important electrical equipment in the building, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

+ Installing a 1000kVA transformer station, providing a stable power source.

+ Constructing a main distribution cabinet system and floor cabinets, ensuring efficient power supply.

+ Installing a Cadivi power cable system, with high load capacity, safe to operate.

+ Connecting electricity to central air conditioners, elevators, water pumping systems and industrial equipment.

The electromechanical construction project at the Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper Building was implemented on schedule, ensuring to meet the technical requirements and operating standards of the project.
