MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT BUILDING 168 VO THI SAU, DISTRICT 3, HCMC

Construction - Execution

168 Vo Thi Sau Building is a modern office building located in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City. Designed to meet the needs of professional work, the building requires a complete mechanical and electrical system, including an air conditioning system and a ventilation system, ensuring an optimal operating environment.

1.  Air conditioning system (HVAC)

The air conditioning system is designed and installed to ensure stable temperature maintenance, optimizing cooling performance.

– Install Daikin VRV central air conditioning system, flexible temperature adjustment, saving electricity.

– Install copper pipe system to conduct refrigerant gas, ensuring stable connection between the condenser and evaporator.

– Superlon insulation, helps to limit heat loss, optimize efficiency.

– Integrated BMS smart control system, helps to monitor and adjust temperature automatically.

2. Ventilation system

The ventilation system is constructed to maintain air quality, ensuring ventilation for the entire building.

– Install Deton ventilation fans, high capacity, quiet operation.

– Construct Cat Tuong duct system, ensure effective air circulation.

– Install Nanotech air vents, help distribute air evenly in the space.

– Arrange exhaust air extraction system, remove polluted air, ensure fresh space.
