Intelligent Fire Alarm System
The entire building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, with smoke and heat detectors strategically placed in key areas.
On-Site Fire Fighting System
A wall-mounted fire hose system was installed in corridors and public areas. All hydrants were tested for water pressure and are regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance.
Portable Fire Extinguishers
Fire extinguishers are placed at easily accessible locations such as hallways, emergency staircases, and working zones, allowing prompt response to small fires.
Ventilation and Smoke Exhaust System
Ventilation and smoke exhaust systems are installed at emergency exits and stairwells to minimize the spread of toxic smoke. In addition, standard-compliant emergency exit signs are provided, ensuring visibility even during power outages.
Automatic Sprinkler System
Sprinklers are installed in high-risk areas and are automatically activated when temperatures exceed the safety threshold, allowing quick suppression of fires.
