Long Binh warehouse cluster is located in Quarter 8, Long Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai, with a scale of 55,379 m². This is one of the modern warehouse clusters, meeting the production and storage needs of businesses.

The project focuses on MEP construction, including electromechanical systems, water supply and drainage, air conditioning and fire protection, to ensure efficient, safe and energy-saving warehouse operations.

Ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC)

The HVAC system helps control temperature, humidity, and ensures air quality in the warehouse. At the same time, it also helps optimize operating costs thanks to its energy saving ability.

The system includes:

– Heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.

– Exhaust system.

– Hot and cold water system.

Water supply and drainage system (P&S)

The P&S system ensures the supply of clean water for daily life and production, and safely treats wastewater without polluting the environment.

System components:

– Water system in the factory.

– Rainwater system.

– Automatic sprinkler system.

Electrical system

The electrical system plays an important role, ensuring a stable and safe power supply.

– Heavy electricity: Transformer station, distribution cabinet, lightning protection system.

– Low voltage: LAN system, surveillance camera, PA system.

Fire alarm and fire fighting system

To ensure the safety of the warehouse, the fire prevention and fighting system is installed according to high standards, including:

– Automatic fire alarm system.

– Fire sprinkler system.

– Toxic gas warning system.
