MEP CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT BAU NON LATEX PROCESSING FACTORY

Bau Non Latex Processing Factory Project is located in Bau Lam, Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam, with a scale of 4,303 m2. This is an important rubber factory, contributing to the development of the rubber industry in the Southern region.

In order to ensure a modern, safe and energy-saving operating system, MEP construction is one of the important items deployed at Bau Non Latex Processing Factory. This system includes mechanical and electrical items (MEP), helping to optimize the production process and ensure a standard working environment.

Ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC)

The HVAC system helps control temperature, humidity and air quality in the factory, ensuring a cool working environment, reducing the impact of high temperatures during production. This system includes:

– Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

– Exhaust systems.

– Hot and cold water systems.

Water supply and drainage system (P&S)

The water supply and drainage system plays an important role in supplying water for production and wastewater treatment, ensuring no environmental pollution. Items include:

– Clean water and wastewater systems.

– Rainwater pipe system.

– Automatic sprinkler system.

Electrical system

The electrical system at Bau Non Latex Processing Factory is divided into two parts:

– Heavy electricity: Including transformer station, electrical cabinet system, sockets, grounding and lightning protection.

– Light electricity: Including LAN, camera surveillance system, telephone system and PA (public address system).

Fire alarm and fire fighting system

To ensure safety for the entire factory, the fire prevention and fighting system is fully installed with the following items:

– Automatic fire alarm system.

– Toxic gas warning system.

– Water and foam fire fighting system.

– Fire extinguisher and water sprinkler system.
