The MEP construction project for Delta Industries was carried out at 17 Phu Chau, An Binh, Binh Duong, with a total scale of 5,992 m². This is one of the important projects, aiming to ensure the stable operation of the mechanical and electrical system (MEP), helping to optimize the production and operation efficiency of the factory.
The MEP system plays an important role in all industrial projects, especially rubber factories, where high requirements for temperature, ventilation, water supply and drainage and fire safety are required.
Ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC)
HVAC systems help control temperature, humidity, and air quality, ensuring an ideal working environment. In particular, this system also helps save energy and reduce operating costs.
The HVAC system includes:

Water supply and drainage system (P&S)
The P&S system ensures the supply of water for production and daily life, while safely treating wastewater, limiting the impact on the environment.

Electrical system
The electrical system plays an important role in factory operation, including heavy electricity and light electricity.
