CHINESE TRANSLATOR AND INTERPRETER

I. Job Position and Workplace

1. Position: Chinese Translator & Interpreter
2. Workplace: 712 Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

II. Main Job Responsibilities

1. Proficient in all four Chinese language skills; able to perform direct interpretation and communicate effectively with Chinese partners. Being of Chinese descent and having a good understanding of Chinese culture and market is an advantage.
2. Support translation tasks and research information related to the company’s ongoing investment projects in the fields of Construction and Industrial Real Estate (Industrial Parks) on Chinese-language websites and within the Chinese market.
3. Assist departments involved in Industrial Park & Warehouse Leasing, Construction, and Power Distribution when working with Chinese partners.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.

III. Job Requirements

1. Female candidates of Chinese descent are preferred. Must be fluent in all four Chinese skills and experienced in communicating and working with Chinese partners.
2. At least 3 years of experience in positions such as Assistant / Translator & Interpreter / Business Development, etc.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Highly disciplined, responsible, and committed to work.
5. Proficient in office computer skills, with strong abilities in drafting documents and synthesizing information.

IV. Benefits and Compensation

1. Base salary: 13 – 15 million VND (depending on ability and experience) + quarterly / departmental performance bonuses.
2. Year-end bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary or more depending on business performance (minimum 13th month). Additional bonuses for holidays, Tet, birthdays, and personal events according to company policy.
3. Team building / company trips (domestic or international) 1–2 times per year.

5. Annual leave: 12 days per year.
6. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
7. Free parking at the building; security provided.
8. Provided with computer, uniform, and necessary work equipment.
