Position: Business Development Executive – Pharmaceutical Tender Channel

Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City – 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
II. Key Responsibilities
-
Search, collect, and monitor information on pharmaceutical tender packages at hospitals, medical centers, and Departments of Health via official channels: the National E-Bidding System, Medical Gazette, or internal notifications.

Prepare, draft, and submit pharmaceutical bidding dossiers in compliance with regulations, ensuring eligibility according to tender requirements (HSMT).

Coordinate with internal departments to consolidate all necessary documents for bidding dossiers.

Monitor the entire bidding process: submission, bid opening, clarifications, awarding, and signing of pharmaceutical supply contracts.

Manage and update the list of awarded pharmaceutical products, track delivery schedules, payments, and resolve issues arising during contract execution.

Maintain close relationships with hospital Pharmacy/Procurement Departments to understand and anticipate their drug procurement plans.

Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
III. Job Requirements

College degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Economics, or related fields.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.

Dynamic, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
-
Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
-
English proficiency is an advantage.

2–3 years of experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
IV. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Based on competence + sales commission.

Annual bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary depending on business performance (minimum 13th month); Holiday/Tet bonuses, birthday and personal event allowances per company policy.

Annual salary review in January and ad-hoc adjustments for outstanding performance.
