CHINESE TRANSLATOR & INTERPRETER

I. Job position and workplace

1. Position: Chinese Translator & Interpreter

2. Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Former address: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)

II. Key responsibilities

1. Translate documents, records, and texts from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and contextual meaning.

2. Interpret during meetings, internal discussions, or business meetings with Chinese-speaking partners when required.

3. Assist with internal and external tasks as assigned by the Director.

4. Update information and prepare regular reports in accordance with company procedures.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

III. Job requirements

1. Female candidates of Chinese descent are preferred; fluent in all four Chinese language skills (listening – speaking – reading – writing); capable of effective communication and collaboration with Chinese partners.

2. At least 1 year of experience in a related field, or fresh graduates with strong Chinese proficiency, especially in reading comprehension and document translation.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional demeanor.

4. Honest, disciplined, highly responsible, and eager to learn and grow.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong writing and information synthesis skills.

IV. Benefits and compensation

1. Basic salary: VND 10 – 15 million + quarterly bonuses/department performance-based bonuses.

2. Year-end bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary based on business performance (minimum 13th month guaranteed), holiday bonuses, birthday and personal event allowances as per company policy.

3. Annual team-building activities/travel: 1–2 domestic or international trips/year.

4. Opportunities to participate in skill training and knowledge enhancement courses as required by the job, and to expand valuable work relationships.

5. Paid annual leave: 12 days/year.

6. Working hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

7. Free on-site parking with security.

8. Provided with computer, uniform, and all necessary tools and equipment.
