PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

I. Job position and workplace

1. Position: Project Sales Executive – Construction Materials

2. Workplace: 712 CMT8, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Former address: 712 CMT8, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)

II. Key responsibilities

1. Maintain and develop relationships with the company’s existing partners.

2. Search for, approach, and establish relationships with investors, main contractors, subcontractors, and potential partners in the construction industry.

3. Participate in contract negotiation and signing.

4. Collaborate with relevant departments (Project, Purchasing, Accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth project and contract execution.

5. Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.

III. Job requirements

1. Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.

3. Experience and network in distributing construction materials, fire protection equipment, or interior materials is an advantage.

4. Honest and ethical in professional conduct.

5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; passionate about work and committed to long-term development.

IV. Benefits and compensation

1. Base salary: Negotiable (VND 10–15 million) + 2% project commission + quarterly/spot bonus based on performance (salary commensurate with ability).

2. Year-end bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary based on business performance (at least 13th month guaranteed); holiday bonuses, birthday/gift allowances per company policy.

3. Annual salary review every January and ad hoc review based on outstanding performance.

4. Team building/travel: 1–2 trips per year, domestic or international.

5. Training opportunities: Participation in professional skill development and job-related courses.

6. Annual leave: 12 days/year plus other benefits in accordance with labor laws.

7. Working hours:

• • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

8. Free parking at the building with security guard.

9. Provided with a computer, uniform, and necessary working equipment.
