SALES EXECUTIVE – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LEASING

1. Position: Sales Executive

2. Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Former address: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)

II. Job description

1. Work with partners and clients who have needs for leasing premises, office spaces, buildings, industrial zones, warehouses, and factories. (Lead sources will be provided by the marketing team and team leader in addition to personal search efforts).

2. Understand clients’ needs, consult on leasing solutions, negotiate and close leasing contracts.

3. Search, explore, and update information on available properties, office spaces, warehouses, etc., to provide the best consulting service — alongside the company’s existing listings.

4. Update reports and input data as per the company’s work procedures.

5. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.

III. Job requirements

1. College degree in a related field.

2. Candidates with sales experience, especially in real estate (buying, selling, or leasing), are highly preferred.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Goal-oriented, motivated, and passionate about business and sales.

5. Disciplined, responsible, and committed to personal and professional growth.

IV. Benefits and compensation

1. Base salary: Negotiable depending on ability (VND 8M–12M/month) + 25%–35% commission + quarterly/performance bonus — income aligned with performance and capability.

2. Year-end bonuses: 13th, 14th, 15th month salary based on contribution and business performance (at least 13th month guaranteed). Holiday, birthday, and other allowances according to company policies.

3. Team building/travel: 1–2 domestic or international company trips per year.

4. Direct mentoring and support from the Leasing Team Leader.

5. Annual leave: 12 days/year.

6. Working hours:

• • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

9. Free parking at the building with security provided.

10. Provided with work laptop, uniform, and other necessary equipment.
