1. Position: Project Sales Manager – Construction Materials
2 Workplace: 712 CMT8 Street, Tan Son Nhat Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. (Previous address: 712 CMT8 Street, Ward 5, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City)
II. Job Objective
Manage and organize all bidding-related activities of the company in an efficient and lawful manner, contributing to increasing the win rate and competitiveness of the business.
III. Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual project sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
2. Organize, assign, and supervise the project sales team’s activities.
3. Identify, approach, and build relationships with investors, main contractors, subcontractors, and potential partners in the construction industry.
4. Coordinate with the Project/Technical Departments to prepare bidding documents, company profiles, quotations, and related technical materials.
5. Directly participate in bidding processes, price offering, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting contract signings with clients.
6. Monitor contract execution progress and assist in resolving arising issues during material supply.
7. Propose sales policies, pricing, and discount strategies suitable for the market and specific project characteristics.
8. Train and develop the skills of the project sales team.
9. Regularly report to the Board of Directors on business performance, project opportunities, bidding status, and related matters.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Qualifications & Experience

- Female preferred. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Construction, Construction Economics, Project Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project-based sales of construction materials, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in participating in bidding processes and preparing competitive bidding documents.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and project implementation procedures.
- Excellent team management, project sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Broad network of relationships with developers and general contractors is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is preferred.
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel when necessary.
2. Technical Skills & Software

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized software such as AutoCAD, G8, Eta Estimation Software, etc.
- Capable of working independently and handling high workloads.

V. Benefits
1. Basic salary: 20–50 million VND/month + 4% gross profit commission + quarterly/spot bonuses based on performance (salary is negotiable based on qualifications).
2. Year-end bonus: 13th, 14th, 15th-month salary depending on company performance (minimum 13th-month bonus). Holiday, birthday, wedding/funeral bonuses as per company policy.
3. Annual salary review: every January, or ad hoc based on performance.
4. Teambuilding & Travel: 1–2 domestic or international trips per year.

6. Leave entitlement: 12 days/year, plus other benefits in accordance with labor law.

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
